Flooring Estimator

About the Company:

We are a flooring company working with residential and commercial projects in the U.S. market. We are looking for a reliable Remote Flooring Estimator with strong layout skills and experience communicating with General Contractors (GCs).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate flooring estimates based on layouts, drawings, and project documentation
• Work with floor layouts, takeoffs, and material calculations
• Communicate with General Contractors regarding scope, pricing, and project details
• Review plans, specifications, and changes
• Coordinate with project managers and suppliers
• Assist with bids, proposals, and revisions

Requirements:

• Experience as a Flooring Estimator (or similar construction estimating role)
• Strong skills in reading and working with layouts and floor plans
• Experience communicating with General Contractors (GCs)
• Understanding of flooring systems and materials
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
