Akkerman Solutions Ukraine

Akkerman is a Danish owned Engineering and Software company, which has been operating in Ukraine since 2013.

Our HQ is located in Odessa, and we have offices in Lviv, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odessa. We take pride in delivering high quality engineering and software solutions to our customers.

We are naturally ISO 9001−2015 certified. Besides a sales office in Denmark, everything is run from Ukraine. Our employees work directly with our customers, without any middlemen.

This means that if you work for us, and get an assignment, there is a possibility that we send you for 1−2 weeks to our customer in Europe/USA to be taught how to work to our customers standards and how to complete the task.

However we naturally prefer, if we can start a project, just by communicating with our customers online.

As Akkerman is a Danish owned company, you will be working in first class offices that lives up to not only the Ukraine, but also Danish labor law.

Akkerman solves tasks for customers in all fields of engineering and software, and we take pride in doing it in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. As such, we are certified in accordance with United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals as the only company in Ukraine!

As Akkerman is a Danish managed company, it means a slightly different company culture. Some of the things that are special for our company:

• Always honest, always telling the truth. So if you are not satisfied either personally or with a task, tell it to management. They will listen, but not sure, things will be changed. But you will get a logical explanation for all you ask.
• Take pride in your work. Do your best, and if you think, a thing can be done better, tell it to our management or customer, so it can be decided if they want to improve their design, or are satisfied with their current design.
• Work hard, we all do our best to make Akkerman even more successful.
• Show respect to customers and colleagues. We show the same respect from cleaning ladies to the Director. Nobody shouts at anybody in our company. We believe in dialogue and helping each other.
