  • To provide communication between the Company and the Clients;
  • To take care of Clients’ needs related to the deliveries and to speed up the business processes of the Clients;
  • To implement marketing activities, including the organizing of Company’s participation in the exhibitions, publicity and work with marketing agencies;
  • To care of the good image of the Company in the country;
  • To communicate with the exhibition visitors (repair shop workers, spare parts sellers, etc.);
  • To take care of the proper work of the office;
  • To perform certain duties of the Regional Manager while he is on business trips.
  • Supporting the Clients with all necessary documents, including emergency situations
  • Translation and preparation of contracts and other documents dealing with the Clients, including control of the text relevance
  • Controlling of documents and payments related to the Representative Office
