In terms of employment our project foresees the recruitment of:

8 people with the qualification of IT engineer for a second level Help Desk;

4 people with the qualification of Call Center operator;

2 people with the qualification of Data Entry operator.

The hiring process of the people should be made gradually until reaching the goal in the space of 24 months.
