As an English tutor I was conducting lessons to the students according to the platform, which you have acces to. It was such a valuable experience in my carrer path. Each lesson felt relaxed and students weren`t afraid to express their opinion on things or to learn on their mistakes without being overwhelmed mostly because of my proper approach to the students. Moreover I had a lower rate of canceled lessons than the average and the progress of my tutees was extremely rapid and visible of course. Despite that I had a chance to work in a team where we were sharing our thoughts and helping each other with some problematic situations. Although, I quitted my position as a tutor due to serious health problems, I had an opportunity to show myself as a qualified teacher and a responsible employee with strong understanding of material, personal approach to each client and effective teaching techniques. Being a determined worker, I have been receiving only positive feedback about my actions and I have even passed a monthly observation test with a significant result.
