Achievements:
- I successfully managed all recruitment-related activities for the Ukraine Humanitarian Assistance Response Project (UHARP II), filling 46 consultant
vacancies and 25 full-time positions, exceeding set targets.
- Developed a detailed step-by-step support plan for new employees during the probation period, aimed at improving their integration, engagement, and
retention, as well as preventing burnout.
- Improved the process by evaluating CRM systems for candidate management automation and creating an internal candidate database, which enhanced
efficiency despite not securing funding for a professional CRM.
- Explored new platforms for posting vacancies, expanding sourcing options and identifying cost-effective solutions. This initiative diversified sourcing
