I am a specialist with 10+ years of background in HR positions (from Recruiter to Head of HR Department),
have a master's degree in personnel management and labour economics.
My specialization is setting up all HR processes from “0” and helping companies move from manual
management mode to systematic work.
I work well with employees, TOPs and managers, technicians, documents, programs, systems. I know how
to create, implement, administer business processes, work with new programs and systems. Also I have
knowledge of Ukrainian Labour Law.

Results and achievements:
1. Conducted a deep audit of personnel (conversations with all employees on 22 factors,
including understanding the company's strategy and areas of responsibility, satisfaction with work in the

company, compensation and benefit systems, involvement, risks of dismissals and their reasons, quality of
feedback from manager, communications assessment, eNPS, etc.). I offered recommendations to improve
weaknesses and eliminate risks, which became the basis of the company's strategy for the year, as well as
the reason for changing the system of planning goals in the company to the Balanced Scorecard (BSC);
2. Initiated and led a project for the formation and implementation of the company's strategy for
the year, changing and prescribing business processes between departments, revising the organizational
structure, mission and values ​of the company. As a result, the company with minimal employee losses
(thanks to employee loyalty, internal communications and strategy) and competent financial planning (the
result of working on the project team's requirements) survived quarantine Covid-19 and went into profit in
3 months (although 70% of clients were not working);
3. Registered the profile of all positions together with the CEO and TOPs based on business
needs and strategy;
4. Determined with the CEO a policy in relation to personnel, formed an HR strategy based on
the business strategy;
5. Launched the HR function in the company from “0”, entered the strategic TOPs, was a
consultant and coach for the CEO and TOPs, coordinated the work of the TOPs with strategic tasks;
6. Built and managed HR processes, defined their stages and the responsibilities of the
participants:
● recruiting: recruiting employees of all levels, introduced an application for recruiting, job profiles,
statistics and analytics of the recruiting funnel;
● adaptation: approved the deadlines and mandatory stages, implemented a plan of tasks for the trial
period, assessment of the results of the trial period employee and manager;
● systematized system of personnel motivation: introduced regular monitoring of salary, systematized
the procedure for salary review, bonuses, introduced KPI, tabulated employees;
● development: implemented the application process and budget for external training, helped managers
with internal training, launched a corporate library;
● introduced and maintained transparent systemic internal communications (including meetings,

The main activity is the organization of educational projects for young people.
Projects - educational events for young people in Kyiv and Lviv, the number of participants is 30-70 people
from all over Ukraine 15-40 years old. Main in all our projects are that their goal is not to make a profit (the
project budget is calculated so that through the sale of tickets and partnerships to cover the cost), and also
everyone in them participates as volunteers - organizers, photographers, speakers (specialists with expertise
in some topic, not trainers or psychologists).
