Summary:
I have 7-year experience as a Project/Program Manager with both technical (IT) and economic backgrounds.
I like all aspects of my work, from kick-off until completion, are interesting and involving for me. Sometimes I hear a question, what is the most enjoyed project phase for me. My answer is that any project is like a day. Each day starts with a challenging sunrise, continuous with pleasant sunlight, and finishes with peaceful sunset. Each day is different but many of us miss this beauty after our routine. In the morning, we, people, plan our tasks and we are ready for creative actions. Then, we implement our plans during the day. Of course, in the evening, we provide results and make retrospective. Beauty is in the movement of the Sun and in the project challenges.
