I am an educated individual with diverse experience, primarily in an office environment. I enjoy establishing and fine-tuning processes. I prefer to work with not only the challenges presented but also the resources available. I have a need to see the big picture before rushing to achieve goals. I prefer to work directly with company founders or managers to clearly understand the situation and determine my next steps.
