Functional Responsibilities
1. Implementation of preparation of necessary documents for financial and economic activity.
2. Providing reception, recording, registration, monitoring the execution of documents, information and reference services and document information storage.
3. Controlling the quality of training, correct formulation, coordination, approval documents provided by the management company signature.
4. Supervising the execution of documents and orders management, adoption of operational measures to timely and quality of their performance.
5. Liaise with external organizations (both commercial and government) and individuals on current operations (phone, e-mail etc.)
6. Keeping the reception of visitors.
7. Negotiating with foreign partners.
8. Perform work on documentary maintenance personnel of the company:
- Execution of orders on staff;

- Execution and management of labor contracts (agreements);

9. Enforcing typewritten and copying works.
