Creating new products or finding new product solutions for business development (including approach of machine learning technologies and other methods of data interpretation or information retrieval). As the result: convertion rate grows at +50% per year.

1) Continual improvement of the product from the start of the project. Applying all aspects of the web product development such as marketing, design and usability. Project management (interaction with the team and experts for the project implementation).

Building an affiliate program, bonus and rating system for users.
3) Marketing.
Search and implementation of marketing and advertising solutions that are efficient for the project: the positioning of the project, SMM, SEM (moderating campaigns), different SEO-solutions, media planning.

In the start-up were founded and successfully implemented solutions that highly improved the quality of the product, quality and quantity of the content, loyalty and involvement of users. Achieved multi-fold increases in all key parameters. As the result were created and improved new dapertments: marketing, product improvement department and others.
