f.Monitor and attend to global/regional/local bids.
g.Monitor and report RFP, RFQ and global sales reports.
h.Monitor and report on own portfolio targets.
i.Monitor and report on sales calls-plan.

In Operation & HR
a.Supervise clients’ management in day-to-day operation.
b.Monitor and interpret statistics (MIS) and adapts strategies accordingly.
c.Integrating contract requirements with business operations.
d.Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
e.Implement new clients and projects.
f.Contracts management and renegotiation.
g.Handle operational issues during operational meetings with BTC and give relevant feedback to responsible departments.
h.CRM tool development and management.
i.Monitors the development of trade partners, GDSs, airlines, hotels and other suppliers and accounts based on the targets set in the contract.
j.Advise/steer trade channel on routing, pricing (by airlines, hotels), and/or other policies to optimise sales and achieve sales plan.
k.Maintain or ensure that a data base of all clients is maintained.
l.Ensure that clients are provided with the latest information of product updates.
m.Monitor and report on competitors activities.
