I have a track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve success. I was responsible for the art development and team building. Strong work ethic with a focus on results. Skilled in hiring, training, supervising and mentoring talent. To sum up I was working on more over 40 games in my career. I'm looking for position in gamedev with key responsibilities:
- develop systems and processes for development of project related content;
- manage art team;
- ensure quality and high level of detail on finished art;
- milestone planning;
- team leadership and mentoring.
My core functions it's an art supervision, people management who make games. No matter which games they make: match-3, HOPA, AAA, slots or something else. First of all I'm a development manager. Also I've my own good art team: 2D-artists, 3D-modelers, Animators.
