Profile I am a good communicator and have good interpersonal skills , as previously I have had a lot of experience working in customer service .I am also somebody who is very ambitious and prepared for hard-work to achieve success in my carrier. Being a mother and a full time employee has taught me dedication and responsibility as well as multitasking and organization skills. I can also speak good English ,Polish ,Russian and Ukrainian ,and can also understand Belarusian and Czech.

Graduated from High school Nr. 70 of city Lviv,Ukraine (1987-1997)

Graduated Lviv Academy of Coerce (1997- 2001). Obtain the diploma of Bachelor in specialty of Management an was given the qualification of Manager of Organizations.

2007-.confirmed my degree in the UK by UK NARIC

2007. successfully passed the academic level of English ( ESOL Examination).

Experience:

From 2000 -Assistant Manager of Flower Arrangement Company in Lviv,Ukraine.

2002-Traveiied to UK and worked for the company HOPS in the agriculture sector.

2002 -2005- worked for the «JBT» company in the UK (London) this company provides staff for most of hotels in London.

Main achievements:

Was selected on a competitive basis for the banquet which was attended by Queen Elizabeth.
