Main achievements:

• Increased the revenue share of the new product category (plus-size women fashion) from 0% to 25% in 6 months.
• Increased the efficiency of the media time by 2 times by introducing the brand new TV format.
• Cut the costs of video production and post-production by 3 times through optimization of the process and tools required.
• Cut the video production time up to 1/2 day by introducing the process of rapid video production (for quick idea validation).
• Assembled the in-house TV production studio for the live broadcasting of the TV signal.

•Ensured steady year-on-year growth of the revenue and EBITDA.
•Raised the in-house web marketing team of 10 professionals from scratch.
•Introduced, implemented, and tested several third-party services to be populated to the other countries through the headquarter.
•Acquired the hands-on experience in Facebook PPC strategies and email lead generation.
