•Added offerings (HVAC, Controls) to drive growth by 35% of Volume secured and by 25% of Gross Margin by expanding market share and established relationships with a new distributor in FY 2015, with 2 distributors in FY 2013 and with 3 distributors in FY 2012.
•Change order: strong, sustainable relationships with 5 distributors and partners for 7 key projects allowed to deliver added value of change order by 1400 k USD in FY12 and by 600 k USD in FY2013.
•Returning to profitability through effective restructuring. Despite the fact that 4 employees left the company during FY2012, Ukrainian branch overachieved target plan and their duties were allocated among rest of employees by means of an intensity of their work. Recruited 3 employees for Industrial Refrigeration, Service department, Assistant to director (HR) positions in FY2013-2014. Restructuring of the local branch from 22 to 12 employees in FY2015 due to a difficult economic situation.
•Collaboration with corporate auditors. Successfully passed a corporate audit in 2013.
