Policy Reform and Implementation Support Mechanism Project – PRISM was a five-year project (2007-2013) funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), and managed by the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE). The eleven initiatives under PRISM provided targeted support to strengthen the policy formulation, implementation and coordination capacities of Ukrainian government institutions;
Responsible for the management and implementation of all aspects of PRISM initiatives;
Coordinated and prioritized multiple projects simultaneously and independently covering the areas of public administration, private sector development and gender equality;
Liaised with national and regional government administrations in Ukraine, and with Canadian provincial government representatives and Canadian Embassy staff on behalf of the project;
Developed and maintained positive relationships with the government, civil society stakeholders and the international donor community in Ukraine;
Managed the Ukrainian Project office, full-time staff as well as contracted technical experts and consultants;
Reviewed and approved initiative narrative and financial reports and assessed initiative outputs, outcomes and results according to the Initiative’s Results Based Management framework, with project funders and Ukrainian partners;
