The system of certification of workplaces has been automated (according to working conditions);
A system of long-term mentoring has been introduced;
A corporate competency model has been introduced;
The personnel reserve system has been introduced;
Deployment of up to 78% of vacant positions in the category of leaders by internal candidates has been achieved;
An annual assessment system has been introduced; more than 1,100 people have been involved in the assessment annually.
A system of individual development plans has been introduced (87% achievement of IDP by employees)
Effectiveness and quality of training has been increased by 40%
Projects out of HR terms:
A system of equipment downtime limits has been developed and implemented. Effect - reduction of accidental equipment downtime for 2012 by 17%
A system for accounting and payment for non-conforming products has been developed and implemented. Effect - reduction of losses from finalization of rejection for 2012 by more than 21%
A business process for manufacturing and selling parts and assemblies to third parties has been developed and implemented. Effect - income for 2012 amounted to $ 375 thousand.
Implementation of Lean production: the result is increase in labor productivity of repair personnel by 22%, the general one by 6%, decrease in stocks by 460 $ thousand, re-involvement of waste in production in the amount of 430 $ thousand.
