Experience:
- More than 20 years in foreign trade (purchasing, sales) and domestic trade (direct sales) in industrial equipment, parts (i.e. spare parts for Caterpillar heavy machinery) and materials, material-handling equipment, refractory materials, other products;
- Relevant experience and skills in establishing good and long-lasting customer/supplier relations;
- 3 months experience as a customer support agent;
- More than 20 years of translation/interpreting (technical, commercial, general fields, subtitles translation, quality checking – subtitled/audio) as a free-lance linguist.
- Experience in dealing with European and American Banks (Letters of Cred-it, Guarantees, etc).

Skills:
- Ability to reach goals, meeting time-deadlines;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Experienced in co-operation with European and US forwarding and transportation Companies (finding the best routes and cost for delivery of goods in-to/from Ukraine);
- Good ability to work under stress;
- Fast learning ability.

Qualifications:
- Strong skills in negotiating, preparation and carrying-out international and domestic sales and purchase contracts;
- Relevant understanding of technical features of material handling equipment (forklifts, warehouse machines – reach-trucks, stackers, etc –, ability to suggest the correct machine and attachment for a given application, or different variants of solving a given task using different types of equipment;
- Good working knowledge of INCOTERMS 2010, UCP-600;
- Ability to organize effective operation of a foreign trade and sales departments
- Foreign languages: fluent English (C1/C2), some Czech, some Polish, some German
- Native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian language (bilingual)
- Computer skills: MS Office, Internet
- Driver’s license (categories B, B1, C, C1)
- Relevant skills in translation (from English into Ukrainian/Russian, Russian into Ukrainian and vice versa).

Education:
- Kryvyi Rih technical college of mining transportation, Kryvyi Rih 1992-1996 (correspondence study) specialization – organization of automobile transportation.
- Kirovograg State Teachers’ Training Institute, Kirovograd (now Kropyvnytskyi) 1985 – 1993, faculty of the foreign languages, specialization – English and German Languages (8 semesters of 10 completed, no diploma)
