«Ukrainian Insurance Standart» PJSIC, non-life Insurer,15 branches across Ukraine, over 200 millions uah of gross insurance premiums per year.
General management of claims handling and loss adjusters department;
Handling losses across property lines, loss adjustment in motor vehicle insurance cases, including high complexity and suspicious cases;
Settlement of liability claims, voluntary and compulsory insurance cases, including all licensed types of health insurance (non life), travel insurance, accident insurance;
Conducting thorough damage and coverage investigation;
Negotiating claims with policy holders, contractors, repair facilities, public / private adjusters and attorneys;
Participation in divisional / departmental projects / initiatives;
Providing loss estimation, special expertises, investigation and proving of fraud (motor vehicle) cases, involving special trasological and automotive experts;
Reviewing, monitoring and overseeing adjusters, examiners and other claim associates on applicable files across Company's branches;
Aiming to meet main Company's goals as to keep an optimal balance between clients' satisfaction level of provided claims handling services and overal financial (incl. underwriter) Company's result.
Implementation and successful realization of remote (online) claims handling tools, improving efficiency of hr time management (online chat bots, automatic versatile call centers, development of technical tasks for insurance records batabase (claims handling and recourse sections)).
For the last year Company was in top 5 rating of efficiency of claims handling among others non life Insurers, according to MTIBU (motor vehicle insurance bureau of Ukraine) official statistic.

«U.B.I – COOP Insurance Group» JSIC, non-life Insurer, 19 branches across Ukraine, over 160 millions uah of gross insurance premiums per year.
Modernization of the Company's claims handling and loss adjustment department in difficult economic conditions (economic crisis): depreciation of the national currency, constant increasing in the cost of the main components of insurance indemnity.
Motor vehicle and property claims handling, adjustment of liability claims, voluntary and compulsory insurance loss settlement, including all licensed types of health insurance (non life), travel insurance, accident insurance etc.
Maintenance of average loss indicator on pre-crisis level till the end of financial year.
Loss estimation, special expertises, investigation and proving of fraud (motor vehicle) cases, communication with assistance services, repairfacilities, special trasological and automotive experts, etc.
