We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our support team who will be able to solve challenging issues of customer-oriented and internal software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance analysis of the tracking system;
  • Server error analysis;
  • Provide technical support to managers;
  • Collecting and reporting data about errors to development department.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of client server architecture;
  • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP);
  • Basic knowledge of HTML;
  • Knowledge of the formation principles of PHP queries;
  • Understanding the structural data output (XML, JSON, etc);
  • Technical problem solving skills;
  • Ability to learn and support new applications and systems;
  • Be a valuable and resourceful part of our team;
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
  • Intermediate English level is a big plus.
