The Role:

We are looking for a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns, monitoring and improving key advertising performance metrics (CTR, VR, Conversion Rate) based on real-time data. Also providing analytical reporting of advertising campaigns.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excel knowledge (vlookup, summifs, pivot tables)
  • Experience in preparing analytical reports
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Setting — up all ads within the internal systems
  • Making data-driven decisions by tracking and reporting on quantitative and qualitative campaign metrics
  • Raising up technical issues, work with IT department
  • Working closely with the Account Managers from US
  • Experience in online video advertising space

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring live campaigns daily, and develop optimization recommendations to maximize performance and ensure delivery

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with different BI systems, database dashboard tools like Tableau/Kibana to build custom performance reports
