We are looking for a candidate to lead the sales team and launch our Upwork presence.

Key Requirements:• working in IT Outsourcing/Outstaffing company for 2 years• direct communication with B2B, B2C clients from North America, Western Europe• working with Upwork for one year, building Upwork company presence from scratch• leading the sales team 2+ people• advanced EnglishMain duties:• attract new businesses via Upwork• check the team performance and KPIs achievement• sales operations audit• sales enablement activities• use HubSpot CRM• work directly with the delivery team to meet the client’s needs
