ASBISc Enterprises PLC (WSE: ASB) — leading Value Add Distributor, OEM, и Solutions Provider of IT, IoT, IoT, AI across CEE, FSU, MEA invites to take part in the competition for the vacancy Business Development Manager — Networking and Data Center Products (switching, routing, security, wireless, infrastructure)


  • Understanding the partners TAM and working closely with them and vendors in business acceleration activities
  • Preparing and assisting partners in creating competitive offers
  • Strategic account sales of Networking, Security, Infrastructure and other IT Products
  • Assisting our partners in designing and presenting viable technical solutions for partners
  • Cooperation with Presales and Sales Managers to ensure projects are successfully delivered
  • Initiating & managing the pre-sales & marketing activities
  • Ensuring the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner
  • Increase of sales, market share, partner/customer base, and other sales performance indicators
  • Planning, reviewing, and reporting of activities
  • Building the strategic steps for development: ranking top market players, establish brands awareness on the local IT-market


  • Technology expert with a strong business acumen
  • Self-driving character
  • Being familiar with fundamental IP networking technologies and protocols incl. security (Service Provider/Enterprise routing/switching and associated technologies, virtualization, SDN and automation)
  • Extensive knowledge in the Cyber Security market, software and hardware products
  • Good understanding the current & modern trends in Networking Solutions (WAN, Campus, Data Center, WLAN, Security and Infrastructure)
  • The ability to independently understand products, solutions, technology, uniqueness, competitive analysis
  • Contextual knowledge — local market evolution, global industry trends, major competitors value proposition
  • Consultative skills to properly identify customer needs
  • Effective communication, presentation and influential skills to position company value
  • Market/Business development skills, ability to map company strategy into local context
