Zero to One Search is a Germany based international recruitment agency focusing on connecting IT professionals with Tech companies. We have grown from 1 to 20 top-notch recruiters in 1 year to serve our client’s need for good professionals.

We work with big established brands such as Check24, Sixt, T-Systems, E.ON and Deutsche Telekom as well as with growing leaders such as McMakler, Customer Alliance etc. Also, we have clients in the USA

We focus on candidates working in the following domains:

  • PHP and GO Development
  • Java Development
  • Javascript and Frontend Development
  • Ruby development
  • DevOps engineers
  • Architects, Data Engineers
  • Network and Server Engineers

and others

We also moved a dozen of people from Brazil, Colombia, Tunis, Russia, Ukraine and have a very good experience with visas and relocation.

Execute recruiting plan in order to ensure a flow of qualified candidates to fill open positions under his/her scope.


  • Thoroughly analyzes job descriptions in order to ensure alignment of submitted candidates with position requirements. This entails researching for any terms or technologies the Recruiter may not be familiar with and checking in with the Recruiting Manager if more information is needed.
  • Prepares interview cheat sheet for all positions assigned to him/her.
  • Analyzes all CVs prior to interviewing candidates, so as to detect any red flags and prepare appropriate questions.
  • Escalate to Recruiting Manager any concerns, opportunities for improvement or requests for tools that may arise in day to day operations.
  • Provides the candidate follow up on his application at least once a week.
  • Participate in all meetings as required by the Recruiting Manager.
  • Promote all Company Page content on Linkedin through the Recruiter’s personal Linkedin account.


  • Advanced English B2 — C1
  • High-Speed internet access
  • Experience in IT Recruiting is preferred but not mandatory
