Requirements:

• Must have at least advanced English skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, while solving unique problems
• Ability to multitask
• Flexible schedule
• Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook Mail, Google Mail, Google Sheets, and Adobe Acrobat DC PDF editor
• Must adhere to the RACI Matrix Model, which we will share with you

Work Conditions:

• This is remote work. However, we will monitor your performance through KPI metrics. Daily communication will be conducted through Zoom meetings and Telegram.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Safety Manager with various tasks
• Participate in the hiring and firing process of truck drivers
• Understand FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Familiarity with the trucking industry in the USA
• Conduct screening calls with all new drivers and owner-operators
• Create company/lease drivers on Quick Manage TMS after their travel has been booked, and create OO drivers during orientation.
• Add all Driver Qualification (DQ) files to Quick Manage with high quality
• Ensure that the expiration dates and all other information match the uploaded documents during the DQ file upload process
• Make any necessary revisions to the driver information on Quick Manage TMS
• Send Panda Doc documents to all hired drivers and upload signed copies to Quick Manage
• Review PSP if necessary, prior to hiring a driver, and communicate with the Recruiting Department
• Update the Google Spreadsheet with the current driver information
• Check all DQ file expiration dates every Friday
