Your role

• Manage and support the development of Electrical BIM models
• Verify models, perform clash detection, and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Support and mentor BIM team members
• Coordinate work with other BIM disciplines
• Prepare BIM documentation: reports, specifications/statements, BIM Execution Plan and shop drawings
• Work in Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam on a daily basis
• Improve workflows and modeling methods as needed
• Communicate clearly with client BIM teams throughout the project

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in Electrical BIM
• Deep understanding of electrical systems
• Strong Revit skills with a focus on electrical
• Experience using Navisworks for coordination and collision detection
• Knowledge of BIM 360, ACC and Bluebeam
• Team approach and team management experience
• 2+ successfully completed projects
• Responsibility, organization and deadline orientation
