EU4PAR Project in Ukraine

EU4PAR supports building modern public administration in Ukraine throughassisting the Government in the implementation of public administrationreform in line with European Principles of Public Administration.

Five main PAR aspects or subsystems to be covered throughout the project are: strategic framework, strategic planning, civil service and HRM, accountability and service delivery.
