«Aviacontact is one of the major outsourced services providers (OSP) for air travel and hospitality industry in Ukraine.We provide both multi-lingual and omni-channel front line Customer Support and management of the key Back OfficeProcesses for number of international partners across the globe. We conduct the operations from our two contact centersin Kyiv and Vynnitsa.
