Panama Maritime Education was established in 2015 as a department of a Seafarers Training Center «AVANT «. Our main office is located in Odessa Ukraine.

Company Services Panama MaritimeEducation :

1. We conduct primary training for seafarers in the following specialties: Deck Rating, Engine Rating, Electro Technical Rating and Ship’s Cook.

2. In june 2019, we started a revalidation and upgrading training programs for Deck Ratings, Engine Ratings and Electro-Technical Ratings.

3. In june 2019, we started a revalidation and upgrading training programs for Deck officers and Engine officers.

Panama Maritime Education offers 44 Training programs Upgrading, Revalidation and Education for Management, Operational and Support Levels.
