•The financial activity of the enterprise, understanding the IT business, drawing up of contracts, support and control of its compliance with business objectives defined in the project frameworks and its implementation.
•Contracts with implementing partners and other relevant treaties.
•The successful planning, development and implementation of telecommunication facilities, introduction of new technologies and ways to connect and service consumers.
•Searching, selecting, testing and implementation of customer service systems, network monitoring, CRM.
•Preparation of technical tasks, plans and other necessary documents.
•Preparation of the sales department documentation, plans, manuals and sales trainings.
•Technical knowledge of the telecommunications sector, understanding the main trends in IT.
