LAUFFER Group is a group of trade and manufacturingenterprises, a producer of bakery and confectionery products. At one point, LAUFFER was the largest bread manufacturer and supplier in Ukraine, bringing together several bread factories in Donetsk, Luhansk, and Odesa regions, as well as a number of trading companies engaged in wholesale and retail sales of bakery and confectionery products. The enterprises of LAUFFER GROUP accounted for 20% of the total volume of bread and bakery products in Ukraine. With the onset of the war, some assets were lost, and currently, two bread factories are operational in the conflict-affected regions.

Key Functional Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility:

1. Financial Management:
Developing and implementing strategic financial plans and budgets.
Analysis of financial indicators, identification of trends, and development of recommendations for optimising financial activities.
Ensuring compliance with financial standards and legislation inthe field of accounting and reporting.

2. Financial Strategy:
Identifying and implementing strategies for raising and optimising financing to support the company's development.
Study of market conditions and analysis of investment opportunities to ensure optimal risk and return.

3. Liquidity and Cash Flow Management:
Implementing effective cash flow management methods and ensuring stable liquidity of the enterprise.
Development and monitoring of cash budgets and financing plans.

4. Strategic Planning:
Participation in developing the company's strategic development plans considering financial aspects.
Identification of priority areas for investment to achieve corporate goals.

5. Financial Reporting and Audit:
Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Collaboration with auditors and regulatory bodies to conduct audits and inspections.

6. Risk Management:
Identification and assessment of financial activity risks and development of strategies for risk mitigation.
Monitoring of risks and implementation of measures for their control.

7. Relationship Management with Banks and Financial Institutions:
Establishment and maintenance of effective relationships with banks and management of the company's banking operations.

8. Tax Planning and Optimization:
Study of tax regulations and laws, development of tax planning strategies to reduce tax burden.

9. Personnel Management of the Financial Department:
Recruitment, development, and leadership of the financial team.
Organization of training and professional development for employees.

10. Strategic Consulting and Decision-Making:
Providing consultation and analytical reports to senior management on financial aspects of the business.
Participation in strategic decision-making and development of corporate strategies.
