increased coherence.
Contribute to an enhanced customer experience by identifying and suggesting improvements to training
materials, including structural enhancements, grammar refinement, and increased presentation clarity
through proofreading and content editing.
Collaborate as a key team member, engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders such as
coworkers and customers to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
