Epom Market ad network is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager responsible for business processes and integral link between divisions inside of Sales department, as well cooperation with marketing, legal and finance. You will help to ensure all information and processes are in place for the successful achievement of business and sales plans. You will also be responsible for forecast administration, ensuring the close of sales orders, documentation, training, intra-department communication and improvements to support changing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and manage the development of sales processes, policies and procedures
  • Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc. to groups within the sales department
  • Produce innovative executive summaries and internal reports that will help teams digest data and focus on the material takeaways and action items
  • Daily power user of CRM including but not limited to the creation of dashboards and portlets, and the customization forms, saved searches, configurations and scripts.
  • Provide Sales Policy guidance to sales team.
  • Collaboration with other business partners and departments such as Finance, Marketing & Product Management.
  • Working closely with the Head of Sales on the execution and implementation of the sales operations roadmap
  • Continually identify process improvements to improve operational efficiency


3+ years sales and/or operations experience

  • experience with CRM in an administrative role
  • Exceptional and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines and manage the prioritization of multiple competing projects and requests
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with at least 3 years of experience with Business Analytics
  • Passion, flexibility, patience, a positive attitude and a lover of change
  • A lover of numbers and commander of details
  • A history of driving successful change within an organization
