    Requirements:

    • Good communicational and explanation skills;
    • Analytical skills;
    • Good attention to details;
    • IT background or at least understanding of software development processes;
    • Microsoft Office or Google Docs experience.

    Would be a plus:

    • Basic psychological background;
    • Project manager background;
    • Desire to work with people, help and make them happy;
    • Good feeling of beautiful (basic UX, design concepts understanding);
    • Technical or math background.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help manager with small non-delivery projects;
    • Organize meetings: invite, negotiate time, prepare follow-up etc.;
    • Prepare reports and perform basic analysis based on JIRA, time tracking etc.;
    • Own team reporting process (team feedbacks, evaluation etc);
    • Own team on-boarding and departure process;
    • Sync docs and process with other departments;
    • Manage non-delivery projects;
    • Create presentations and other visual materials.
