Runway BPO, a leading European International Business Process Outsourcing company, provides European and Scandinavian businesses with full-scope nearshoring services whilst placing quality as our top priority. During the last 13 years we have become a multi-lingual and multi-tower BPO company, providing Nordic, Western European and multinational businesses with cost-effective nearshoring services, performed by more than totally 1000 highly-educated, motivated and friendly employees operating in 10 offices located in 6 European countries.

Our Lviv office that opened in spring 2017 and now counts more than 90 employees, is searching for a Talent Sourcing Strategist (TSS) due to continuous rapid growth. Your daily work will be to support our recruiting team and help the HR team in Ukraine to place qualified candidates. The main responsibility is through social networks and online sites, participation in job fairs and career days, arranging on-site as off-site events etc to establish the needed amount of defined candidates, screen and select relevant and right candidates, as well as to create candidate pools allowing Runway to gain time to market as a competitive advantage to intensify our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Social networking (VR as IRL) to nurture relationships with prospective talent pools for present as forecasted recruitment.
  • Responsible for the «broadcast» of our job opportunities via/on all relevant channels and forums.
  • Establish correct candidate level and amount for the recruiting HR teams to meet the defined and forecasted staffing goals across Runway Ukraine within the timelines set.
  • Actively build candidate pools gaining time to market when (new) vacancies arise.
  • Manage the established candidate pools in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
  • Measure, analyze, report on results on recruitment results and plan to meet the forecasted recruitment requests.
  • Work closely with the other TSS’s in other Runway countries, to interchange knowledge and draw on each other’s strengths.

Required Education and previous experience

  • University/Master degree in relevant field as HR and/or Marketing and at least 1 years as a recruiter within an international company with broad range of positions and/or similar job.

OR

  • Bachelor degree within HR and/or Marketing and proven experience as Sourcing Specialist, sources or similar role

Other Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent level of English — as this is our internal language.
  • Familiarity with social networks, resume databases and other job board sites.
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other Human Resource Management software.
  • As a person you will need to work well in a dynamic and challenging environment with a variety of stakeholders, and thrive with the ongoing challenge of finding and executing new out-of-the-box ways to attract the talent and candidates we need.
  • Experience from abroad, either as exchange student or from working outside of Ukraine will be an advantage.
