Founder-Director, Translator, Teacher (2001-now)
Co-founded innovative to its time Pro-European language school, the first of the kind (and still the biggest and the best) in the native Krasnoarmeysk, working on the literature and methodology of the well known Publishers:”Oxford University Press”,” Macmillan”, ”Penguin” etc.
Developed and promoted the school from the start to its present level: more than 100 customer members in two towns (opened a branch in nearby Rodiskoye).
Developed marketing strategy, negotiated with different officials on the local and regional levels, coached new employees.
Organized and conducted about10 town competitions in English and seminars for teachers to promulgate new attitudes to teaching. As a result, 8 local school teachers chose the literature for the curriculum.
Assisted in preparation a dozen of students including adults who subsequently passed different International Exams like TOEFL, IELTS etc. Trained many bright students to pass their External Independent Testing (EIT) with the 192 points best result.
Helped several local businesses through translating their correspondence and taking part in on-line negotiations, telephone conversations etc.
