Me and the team:
•Developed, implemented and piloted the process of refinancing third bank cash loans;
•Analyzed existing Retail Products and Business Processes, identified some problems part of which (minor) was resolved fast. To address the rest I proposed to start a few projects.
Unfortunately, disadvantageous external factors caused those initiatives to be put on hold and eventually dropped as the bank was declared insolvent.
