I was a part of a young and hard-working team and I had the opportunity to do exactly what I wanted. No one pushed me to change the way I think, and I could contribute by creating something meaningful. Our marketing department was responsible for business and marketing strategies' development and implementation. "Flash" is a private English language school. I had two positions at the same time there. As the ESL teacher, I was responsible for tutoring English two groups of adults. As a deputy principal, I had to deal with many responsibilities, which included overseeing the other teachers' work, providing them with all needed materials and other needed staff, creating adjusted to the students' and teachers' needs teaching timetables, preparing advertising and marketing strategies and so on. It was tough, but a quite productive experience!

Self-employer, Хмельницкий (I work as a copywriter, interpreter, translator-localizer of software and TED.com. Also, while I was studying at the National University of Ostroh Academy, I had been doing my best as a private tutor of English for children (3 years of that experience).)

"Practice makes perfect" - I used to repeat these words to my pupils. Unpredictably, it encouraged them to put all their efforts into self-development in English. The contemporary ways of learning, your smile and informal polite conversations with children sometimes gain better results than learning by rote. I am addicted to the foreign languages so that hopefully I will be in perfect harmony with all connected with its professions. An incredible experience I obtained, while combining the studying process with a part-time job, is a perfect basis for the further self-development and receiving new skills. It's a foregone conclusion, that the modern society revolutionizes our understanding of the self-investment. Furthermore, it outlines how the waste of your time can blemish both development of the career and private life.
You should burn a midnight oil in the improvement of the personal qualities. There is no progress without travails and I consider myself to be an ambitious, creative, responsible, teachable and persistent person who is ready to sort all drawbacks out. Having pretty hectic days, I can't envisage my perfect life without setting complicated goals. Working as a part of the team is in my blood.
In addition, I am strongly convinced that curiosity, not laziness, explores new horizons. When I have spare time I dedicate it to the reading, writing poetry, drawing, and gathering with my nearest and dearest. Going in for sports is also a significant part of our life, so two times per week I do my training at the dancing club.
If I have no doubts about the correctness of a procedure, I follow it.
