Unfortunately, I do not have experience working in the IT industry. I finished the course "Project management - violation of rules", I also read the literature on SCRUM, I understand the differences between SCRUM and CCPM methods. Until recently, she worked as a financial analyst in various fields: production, food industry, services. My responsibility was to establish the process of reporting from scratch: from setting the task to the owner of the company to realizing it in the final form. This included immersion in the environment in which the task was set, involving employees from different departments, establishing their interaction, managing a team of people, to obtain the necessary results. I think that these skills, together with the knowledge gained, will help me become a professional in Project Management.
