Started in October 2013 as a hotel consulter by setting up the B2B & B2C sales, adjusting the pricing strategy,
implementation the standarts of Reception & houskeeping services. After 2 years of hotel consult was offered a GM

Planed, directed and organized the entire hotel & restaurant services, while taking a strategic proactive approach and
planning ahead so the hotel and restaurant maximizes its profits.
Supervised the entire hotel & restaurant functions such as: finance & budgeting, HR, sales, marketing, reservations,

During 3 years of consulting and management, increased the avarage room occupancy from 35% in 2013 (hotel built in
2009) to 80% in 2016 and enlarged revenue by 350% (2013 vs 2016) through the development of new strategies and
effective management of all departments.
