Qualifications Experience:

  • English proficiency level not lower than Upper Intermediate;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail, good follow-up and the ability to generate creative solutions to meet client needs;
  • Ability to demonstrate self-discipline to work independently without direct supervision;
  • Ability to prioritize, analyze, and problem solve;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
  • Quick learner and great working attitude;
  • Self-driven and proactive nature;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

A BIG Plus:

  • Previous experience in account management;
  • Working living in US/UK;
  • Knowledge of customer success processes;
  • Experience in document creation.

Available Shifts:

5 days work week: Wen — Sun, from 10 am to 7 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value;
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect;
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment;
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes;
  • Enhance Customer Training;
  • Evaluate and Forecast Customer Needs;
  • Advocate for Customers;
  • Promote Customer Loyalty;
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value;
  • Minimize customer churn.
