At this point, Zelh is looking for a Non-technical Recruiter (Logistics field) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual)
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job application
  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
  • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings)
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as the «best place to work»

Job requirements:

  • 1.5 + years of experience in the recruitment field
  • Experience with the logistics domain
  • Managing experience would be a plus
  • Work experience as an In-house Recruiter
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment
  • English level — Advanced
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
