Project coordinator, manager

We are looking for Project Coordinator| Project Manager.Our client is a is the first airline consolidator in Ukraine, which has collected the best propositions of the largest air agencies in the world.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to support project activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment conducive to
• high-performance and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Speciality, Engineering, or math.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• English B2 and higher (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Will be a plus:

Experience working in Travel, Hospitality, and Transportation Domains is preferred but not required.
