Visa application center manager (кадровий резерв)

We operate a growing number of visa centers worldwide.

We are looking for a full-time Visa Application Center Agent in Kyiv, Ukraine to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day Visa Applications,
• Greet applicants,
• Support completion and check provided docs,
• Obtain bio-metric data and other documentation,
• Work in a CRM,
• Provide a first-class service and positive customer experience,
• Handle problem customers assertively and diplomatically,
• Performs random business trips abroad (when required)

Essential Requirements:

• Intermediate English level, knowledge of any other language will be an advantage,
• Client — oriented, ability to listen actively
• Attention to details and
• Stress resistant, well organized and self-motivated person
• PC literacy (MS Office)
• Experience in sales will be an advantage
• Readiness to work extended hours occasionally
• Able to demonstrate a clean criminal record.
