Truck Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator

We are a dispatching agency that provides dispatch service for trucking companies across the US. Currently looking for the right person to occupy position Truck Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator.

Position requirements:

• fluent English and Ukrainian languages;
• basic knowledge of USA geography;
• good communication skills (speaking and writing);
• basic computer skills: MS Office, Adobe, Gmail, Google maps, etc.;
• ability to take responsibility.

Working conditions:

• working hours Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm;
• working on UA federal holidays, days off on USA federal holidays;
• work exclusively from the office.

Responsibilities:

• handle high phone call volumes;
• book best rate/mile load for your fleet of trucks;
• keep track of the movement and progress of each load;
• manage all information related with your fleet;
• analyze multiple data and make quick decisions.
