Freight forwarding agent, logistics coordinator (evening, night shift)

Вимоги/Requirements:

• English — Intermediate level is a must. Upper-Intermediate and Advanced levels are preferred.

• Ability to work night shift UA time

• Stress-resistance

• Multitasking
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Organized individual able to prioritize

• Attention to Detail

• Team Player

• Communication, decision-making and negotiation skills

• Fast typing in English

• Schedule: Monday — Friday 4 PM — 1−2 AM (UA Time). Available for late hours and other shifts. Available on the weekends.

Обов’язки/Duties:

• Checking e-mails, responding to customer concerns and queries in a professional way

• Answering the phone, calling clients, trucking companies, airlines, carriers, brokers, etc.
• Negotiating contract and pricing agreements with carriers

• Booking Shipments, arranging pick ups
• Tracking and updating shipment status to customers
• Maintaining/building strong and positive relationship with customers

• Billing the shipments you handle
