• English — Upper-Intermediate and Advanced levels are preferred.

• Stress-resistance

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Organized individual able to prioritize

• Attention to Detail

• Team Player

• Communication, decision-making and negotiation skills

• Typing speed above 40 WPM

Умови роботи/Working conditions:

• Working with a great friendly team

• Schedule: NIGHT SHIFT. 8 AM — 5 PM CST //// 5 PM — 1 AM CST
• Needs to be available to cover weekends sometimes.
• All needful equipment and supplies will be provided
• Taxi expenses to get back home after work are covered.

Обов’язки/Duties:

• Checking e-mails, responding to customer concerns and queries in a professional way

• Answering the phone, calling clients, trucking companies, airlines, carriers, brokers, etc.
• Negotiating contract and pricing agreements with carriers

• Booking Shipments, arranging pick ups
• Tracking and updating shipment status to customers
• Maintaining/building strong and positive relationship with customers

• Billing the shipments you handle
