Our Power Rebel Skool of English is looking for TEFL specialists, who are willing to learn to use a different format of Teaching Students. The format is called Coaching. It works like this.

The Skool creates Speaking training materials (lessons/courses) and students do the tasks on their own, record themselves speaking English and share their recordings on Telegram with their Coach. The Coach listens, corrects mistakes, gives feedback (all on Telegram) and shares the next portion of Speaking Training Materials.

The primary focus of all the study materials is Speaking with little to no Language Input. HW tasks are to Practice Speaking. yeah, it’s Speaking Training through and through. At home, using the Skool’s materials and tasks. So the job of a Coach is to help the student develop their Speaking Fluency, Accuracy and pronunciation using the knowledge that they already have and then start giving some Grammar and Vocabulary Input (if necessary). But again the Mainstream Academic techniques are not used. It’s again only about using the new knowledge in your speech and not doing some tasks from a text-book and online platform or app. There’s a little more to that but that is the gist of it.

A 1-month paid internship and training are provided. (There is a lot of learning to do as the Skool’s Speaking Training System will be completely new for you). But it is all totally worth it as your Level of Professionalism will sky-rocket, make you stand out from the crowd and start charging more for your services. If taken on the job, Your workoad and take-home pay will vary and depend on a number of factors. But we will discuss it at the interview.

We are looking for a Ukrainian-native teacher with C1+ level of English, good, authentic Sound, Personable, confident, people-loving, with several years' TEFL experience. (No TEFL certificates required)
