Junior Accounting Specialist (Talent Pool)

We are USKO, an American logistics company that arranges transportation across North America. Our team works across the US and Europe, with offices already established in the US, Poland, Bulgaria, and Ukraine.

We are currently building a Talent Pool for the Junior Accounting Specialist position and are looking to connect with talented people who may become part of our team when a suitable opportunity opens up.

We are looking for an attentive and responsible person who likes keeping documents organized and is willing to grow in an international environment. If you have a good command of English, take responsibility for your work, and want to become part of our team, we’d be happy to meet you!

💰 Pay: $4/hour

🕓 Schedule: 16:00—01:00, Mon-Fri

📍 Office-based position in Odesa

What will you do?

• Prepare and send invoices to clients;
• Monitor timely payments;
• Communicate with drivers, consignees, and dispatchers regarding documentation issues;
• Resolve issues related to invoices returned due to documentation errors;
• Monitor overdue payments from clients who do not work with factoring companies.

We’ll be happy to meet you if you:

✅ Have an English level of B2 or higher (both spoken and written);

✅ Are confident using a PC;

✅ Have experience with MS Office and/or Google Workspace;

➕ Previous experience in Accounting, Back Office, or American companies will be a strong advantage but is not required.
