Accounting Specialist with English

We are a USA-based logistics company providing services across the North American region. The company has offices in the USA, Mexico, Poland, Bulgaria and now we are also hiring in Odesa or Lutsk.

Currently, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist.

We offer:

• $4 per hour (± $700/month).
• 16:00 — 01:00 shift, Mon-Fri.
• Remote work but candidates must be based in Lutsk / Odesa (occasional office visits).
• Taxi compensation (when working in the office).
• 10 paid days off + 4 American holidays.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for invoicing: preparing and sending invoices to clients, monitoring timely payments.
• Communication with drivers, receivers, and dispatchers regarding problematic documents.
• Resolving issues with invoices that were returned by Apex due to document problems.
• Monitoring overdue payment deadlines for non-factoring clients.

Our requirements:

• A good level of both spoken and written English (B2-C1).
• Confident PC user.
• Experience with MS Office and/or G-Suite is desirable.
• Any previous experience in Accounting Management in US-based companies will be a big plus:)
